Day 15 of the anti slump protocol

An interesting thought came to me as I went to work.

I was thinking about how interesting synchronicities would happen in my life.

How my mindset changed after a while.

How i used to be more reactive to my situations.

Then I came to the understanding, it’s about how you feel.

Of course, we all know that the Universe gives us back what is in our dominant thoughts.

It also reflects what our strongest feelings are.

But it also isn’t about your feelings.

I’ll explain that right here.

It’s not about the feelings that you don’t want to serve you.

And that’s why you have to examine every thought that goes through your head, you have to compartmentalize your thoughts.

Because I’ve seen examples of what happens to people who hold on to certain types of thoughts and Seeth in their emotions, and it does nothing for them but wear them down.

It’s easy to listen to other people’s stories of success

listen to other people’s stories of how they changeD their lives, but when you have to do it yourself it’s an entirely different
