If you Want success, keep your suffering to yourself
How many family run businesses do you know of?
How many times have you read This such-and-such business has been operated for how many generations?
I’m not criticizing that.
That’s the case of someone introducing their child into a family tradition.
But what if you wanted to run your own business, start a new endeavor,or try something entirely different that your friends, family and relatives never even thought of?
In the best case scenario, they’ll suppourt you, help in any way they can,and it’s happily ever after.
My belief is: people can only bring you to their own level.
If everyone you know is a 9–5 person, then expect resistance if you talk about something outside the predictable routine of a job. You wanna be an aunt tree pen noor? How much does that pay?
Even your beloved Dad and Mum. you can’t blame them if they dismiss your ideas as seeming too unreliable and unpredictable. That’s outside of what they’ve done all their working lives.
And if you idea hasn’t gotten off the ground yet, dear old dad and mum may begin pulling out shovels and start burying your ideas in calming admonishment.Telling you instead to get a gig with good medical and dental.
Dad’ll talk to some people at his job to see if there’s openings. Mom may ask around the church to see if her friends know of any openings. So stop all that talk about being an aunt tree pen noor, okay?
Don’t get upset.
Not everyone is ready for:
Countless hours of struggle and commitment, making costly mistakes while having to learn as you go.
Being the sole creative force in your business.Your uniqueness being the only thing that may get customers coming in.
Being solely responsible for meeting every deadline and obligation, keeping every promise.
Having to acuire financing, tools, assets and develop networks and business relationships that you’ll call upon later
The reliability of a paycheck at the end of the week is not in the cards. Every nickel has to be tracked. Everything has to be accounted for. You have no choice but to be a jack of all trades, because you don’t have the money-yet- to hire anyone to help you.
The main part:
Many folks don’t really want to forge their own path.
They just want a steady, reliable routine to follow.
And,for some,that’s comfort.That’s normal.
If You feel different, The best thing would be to:
Conquer the difficulties
Gain the experience.
Accomplish the success
Then, and only then do you say something.
Because, once it’s done, even the 9–5 folks can see the possibilities. After all,you did it
Dad and Mom would be proud.Say you were always a smart kid. They knew you could do it. And brag to everyone at the job and at Church.
